Who We Are
We make healthcare videos with heart.
A Letter from Timothy Taylor, CEO and Lead Producer
This is page is supposed to be about us. But I’d like to talk about something much more interesting: you.
Perhaps you’re a marketing executive or the executive. If you are like most business professionals, you have lots of projects going on and you rely on vendors to get some of those done.
If you’ve ever worked with an unreliable vendor—and I’d bet you have—you know they make your life harder and make you and your organization look bad. You may have even vowed never to use one again, only to reluctantly use them again because finding another is such a hassle.
Then there are those vendors who are a breath of fresh air. They get you. They’re easy to work with. They actually reduce stress rather than create it. They understand the creative and corporate process. They actively manage the project and check in on you—not the other way around.
Our clients say Pinwheel Productions is that kind of vendor. We have thirteen years of experience working with dozens of clients on hundreds of projects. We understand what marketing managers and CMOs and CEOs go through. When it comes to your video-based marketing needs, we’re here to help take a load off.
I’ve learned being able to produce a beautiful video isn’t enough. It takes people skills and industry savvy to navigate the corporate hierarchy and get projects finalized. Over the years we’ve honed these skills. We believe strong relationships are the foundation upon which good work is built.
It also takes people skills to bring the best out in those being filmed. Having a lens pointed at your face can be intimidating. We know how to ease the tension and draw authentic emotion out of both professional actors and camera-shy patients.
Even if you’re aren’t savvy to the creative process of film production, we’re here to help guide you through each step of the way. You provide the initial ideas, we help craft those into a video that raises eyebrows, furthers your mission, and increases your bottom line.
I look forward to chatting about how we can help with your next video project.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why should I choose Pinwheel Productions?
We are more than just a video production service—we are your new teammate. We know you’re busy and we love helping out in any way we can. From hiring actors and coordinating with your team, to fully managing any video project, we’re all about making your life easier. We believe in taking the static information about your organization and breathing life into it through visual storytelling that will capture your audience’s attention and imagination. Our videos are designed to tell stories, educate, meet business objectives, and deliver measurable results for your organization. We’ve worked with the largest medical facilities in Florida and we know what it takes to break through the noise and provide something to connect with the audience you serve.
2. I see healthcare is your specialty. Do you create videos for other industries?
When it’s the right fit, we’re open to creating videos for businesses in industries besides healthcare. Our current focus on healthcare was a natural next step based on our client base, but our history includes serving various industries such as restaurant and retail. If you like our work and ethos, get in touch. If we’re not the right fit, we may be able to refer you to someone who is.
3. What kinds of videos do you produce?
We’ve produced many styles of videos. From TV Commercials and Virtual Tours, to Explainer Videos, Fundraiser Productions, and Compelling Interviews. We specialize in transforming static information into a visual story that will move your audience to act. Check out our portfolio.
4. How much does a video cost?
Pricing is project-specific and depends on the length, type, and complexity of the production. Broadcast Commercials typically start at $20,000 depending on the amount of shooting days, talent, and logistics required. Explainer Videos and Virtual Tours start at $8,500, while Testimonials start at $5,000. For an exact estimate, please tell us about your project.
5. What length videos do you create?
We try to keep our videos long enough to tell an amazing story, yet short enough to keep your audience excited and eager to take action. Our typical video is between 30-120 seconds.
6. What is the process of creating a video?
First, we will learn everything about you and your project over a coffee or phone call. During our meeting, we’ll complete a creative brief and spend time mapping out the logistics and creative elements of your production. After our meeting, our team assembles your ideas into a compelling, visual story. Once approved by you, we bring your project to life. After shooting and editing are complete, the perfect music and sounds are added. Then it’s off to you for revisions and feedback until you are 100% satisfied.
7. How long does it take?
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and therefore do not mind taking a little extra time to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your video production. You can expect an average turnaround time of 3-4 weeks, plus extra time if needed for revisions and feedback. Each video production is unique and our turnaround time will depend on the complexity of your project and revision requests.
8. How do revisions work?
You will be able to submit revision requests and feedback once you receive the initial edit of the video. While we do have a limit on the number of revisions, we will work directly with you and your team to ensure everyone is happy with the final product.
9. How does Pinwheel Productions work?
We keep our core team small and nimble while having access to the most talented designers, editors, choreographers, animators, directors, sound designers, voices, and composers. After meeting with you and developing a plan, we will assemble a team with the skills needed for your project. This flexibility allows us to take on a variety of different projects while continually producing the most creative, fresh, and engaging content for your video production.
10. How do I get started?
To get started, simply get in touch with us and tell us about your project. Once we have an idea of what you are looking for, we’ll send you an estimate.
11. Who owns the rights to the video?
You own the rights to the final video. We’ll lay out our full copyright details in our Services Agreement so there are no surprises.
